1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

  • These terms and conditions govern your use of HamzaStore.pk and all services, products, and features offered through the platform.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our website.
  • We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2. Guest Checkout & User Accounts

  • Guest Checkout: You may place orders on HamzaStore.pk without creating an account by utilizing our Guest Checkout feature. When checking out as a guest, you are required to provide accurate and complete contact, shipping, and billing details to process your order smoothly.
  • Registered Accounts: If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for restricting access to your computer/device.
  • HamzaStore.pk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect/incomplete delivery information.

3. Pricing, Product Information & Availability

  • All prices listed on HamzaStore.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display accurate product colors, descriptions, and pricing. However, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel or refuse orders based on incorrect pricing.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes out of stock after you place an order, our team will notify you promptly.

4. Orders, Confirmation & Fraud Prevention

  • When you place an order (via Guest Checkout or Registered Account), it constitutes an offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call.
  • Suspicious Orders: We reserve the right to hold, verify, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or lacks valid contact and address details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer delivery across Pakistan through our third-party courier partners.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days, and delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • While we ensure timely dispatch, HamzaStore.pk is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused directly by courier service providers once the shipment has been handed over.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our return and exchange policies apply equally to Guest Checkout and registered users:
    • Exchanges: Valid only for defective, damaged, or faulty products. Claims must be registered within 3 days of delivery, and items must be exchanged within 7 days with original packaging and receipt/invoice.
    • Refund Vouchers / Store Credit: In cases where cash refunds aren't applicable, a refund voucher or store credit of equal value will be issued.
    • For sale or promotional items, refunds/exchanges are processed strictly based on the discounted price paid at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, product images, digital downloads, and website design—is the property of HamzaStore.pk and protected under Pakistani copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • Commercial copying, scraping, or duplication of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • HamzaStore.pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products purchased through the platform.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
